Features:
The B1000 has three digit LED and soft touch keypad for
easy programming as well as digital auto advance and
an electric eye cut sensor. Program up to three different
tape sizes in manual or auto mode. Available cutting
lengths of .20″ up to 39″. Unit can handle multiple styles
of tape and widths ranging from .28″ to 2″ and 1″ thru 3″
wide cores

BEFORE YOU START OPERATION
1. Turn power switch to “ON” position.
2. Remove spool.
3.Load preferred tape onto spool and replace.
4. Feed tape carefully into rollers using the FWD button.
5. Close pressure cover.
6. Set desired length on control panel and choose auto
or manual for dispensing tape.
7. Press start.

1. When loading the tape, make sure the ON/OFF switch is
in the OFF position.
2. While operating the B1000 be careful not to put fingers
inside where blade cuts tape. The blade is very sharp and
will cause injury if fingers are placed inside.
3. When there are finger marks, oils and/or dirt on the
dispenser, the tape will not stick properly. Use a dry cloth
to clean.
Note: For more thorough cleaning, wipe the dispenser with
alcohol. (Never clean with thinner.)
4. To avoid shortening the life of the motor, run the B1000
without tape as little as possible.
5. This is an industrial tape dispenser. It is not for home
use. Do not use around children.
6. The B1000 can be used efficiently by one or two
operators. Allow the motor to rest from time to time.
