IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• Do not place JMG on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in heated oven.
• Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturers as there is the danger
of fire, electric shock or personal injury.
• Do not run the JMG without any load.
• To protect against fire, electric shock and personal injury do not immerse cord, plug or
body in water or other liquid.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug which has been damaged
in any manner.
• The JMG operates at optimum efficiency at the specified voltage. Wide variations in
voltage affect the performance of the JMG.
• Do not use your JMG without lids in place over the jars.
• Ensure the Juicer mesh has been seated properly on motor coupler before operating JMG.
• Never place any cloth or plastic sheet under the basic unit, as it may get sucked up and
block the ventilation holes in the base during operation.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
• Never insert your hand or spatula or spoon or try to attach or remove the jar when the
JMG is in operation
• Always unplug the machine from the power outlet before putting on or removing the
blades, and before cleaning.
Read the instrucons carefully before using the Juicer-Mixer-Grinder.
MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTION
The motor of the JMG is protected by a resetting type Over
Load Protector (OLP). In case of overloading, the OLP
disconnects the power supply to the motor. In such an
eventuality, switch off the supply.
Remove the excess load or add water to the ingredients, if
the recipe so permits. Wait for a few minutes. Reset the
OLP located below the base plate and restart the JMG.
HOW TO USE JUICER
1. Place the juicer Spout cover in posion and press the Juicer Mesh onto the coupler.
2. Ensure that the mesh is placed properly and locks to the coupler. Please check its fitment by
rotang it by hand to see if it is rotang freely. Don't apply any undue pressure.
3. Place Protecve Lid into the Main Body and lock.
4. Place a glass under Juice Spout. Juicer is ready for use. Plug into an electric socket & switch the
knob to speed “1”.
5. Wash the fruit / vegetable & cut in small pieces so as to pass easily through feeder tube. Press
lightly with the pusher to push the fruit / vegetables through feeder tube.
6. Once the operaon is over, switch the knob to 'OFF' buon and unplug the unit before
dismantling any of the accessories.
