The WetAbrasion ScrubTestercan producearepeatable, controlled condition tosimulateeverydayuse

orwearpatterns.

BGD526 WetAbrasion Scrub Tester isthe newestmachine whichisdeveloped byBiuged .It

can examine washabilityand related propertiesthataffectthe stainresistanceofcoatings.Detergent

performancetestingcan alsobedetermined inareproduciblemanner.

It accordswithstandardssuchasASTMD2486、ASTMD3450、DINEN11330、ISO11998 etc.

Recordthe numberofcyclestoremoveone continuousthinline ofpaintfilmacross the 12.7mm

widthoftheshim.Stopthemachine andwipeoffthe shimarea todetermine,ifnecessary,ifthe end

point isachieved.

Testtwoof the drawdowns.If the tworesultsdifferbymorethan30%of theaverage,testthethird

drawdown.Ifone ofthe three resultsisobviouslydiscrepant, discardit, thenaveragethe resultsfromthe

remainingdrawdowns.

7.0WaterContainer

7.1 WashingLiquidcan’tbeusedcyclicallyincasethewaterpipeisblocked.Theoperatorshould

prepareanothercontainertoreceivethe wastewashingliquidwhichisdischarged fromdrainpipe.

7.2 Insert the feed-waterpipeintothe quick fittingsofwatercontainerand ensureit’stight

7.3 Connect theplugofwaterpumptosocket ofpumpwhichislocated theside ofmachine. Connection

forwatercontainerisfinished.

7.4 Pleaseclean thewatercontaineraftereverytest,thestepisasbelow press the blue part of quick

fittingsand pull out thesoft waterpipeat the sametime. See the belowpicture.

7.5 Open thecoverofwatercontainerthen clean it

8.0Maintenance

8.1 Clean andmachine withclean andsoft clothafterusing, keepit inthe dryandcleanenvironment。

8.2 Replacethebrushwhen the bristleshavebecomeworntoapoint that thebristlesextend less than

15mmfromthe block. Markthe endsofthebrushtoensureit isorientedinthe samedirection foreach

use.

8.3 Don’t cut off the supplyofwashingliquidwhen pumpisworking.

9. 0Warranty

9.1 Themachine iswarranted inrespectofmaterialsand workmanshipfor12 monthsfromthe dateof

purchase.Anydefectivepartswithinthe machine arisingduringthe warrantyperiod,shall be

replaced free ofchargesubject toourinspection.

9.2 Anydefectivepartswithinthemachine arisingoutofthe warrantyperiod:shall bereplacedatclient’s

expense.

9.3 Underthe following conditions,wewill notberesponsibleforthe replacementduringthe warranty

period:

lWithout invoiceorreceipt.

lDamaged bywrongassemblingordisassembling.

lDamaged bywrongorcareless operation.

lDamaged bywrongoperatingunderimpropercondition.
