Ta instrukcja jest częścią produktu i powinna być przechowywana w sposób
umożliwiający zapoznanie się z jej treścią w przyszłości. Zawiera istotne informacje o
produkcie i jego użytkowaniu.

Z urządzenia mogą korzystać wyłącznie osoby dorosłe. Nie należy nigdy pozostawiać

Termometr służy do kontroli właściwej temperatury destylacji.
MONTAŻ ZESTAWU W CELU DESTYLACJI
(Przed pierwszym użyciem garnek dokładnie umyć płynem do naczyń i wysuszyć.
Nie używać tzw. druciaków lub proszków czyszczących)
1. Termometr analogowy zainstalować w pokrywie pojemnika (w mniejszym otworze).
Umieszczając odpowiednio uszczelki na górze i od dołu pokrywy oraz dokręcając
śrubę od dołu.
2. Chłodnice przymocować do pokrywy (w jej środkowym otworze) umieszczając
uszczelkę od spodu pokrywy, dokręcając ją śrubą w taki sosób aby chłodnica była
stabilna.

3. Naciągnąć taśmę teflonową (brak w zestawie) na gwint odstojnika, nakręcając na
nią zawór kulowy. Po nakręceniu upewnić się ze jest on zamknięty.
4. Pojemnik umieścić na stanowisku grzewczym, wlać do niego płyn w ilości nie
większej niż
14 l. Umieścić pokrywę w taki sposób aby
umożliwić odpływ destylatu, łącząc całość
klamrami.
5. Zamontować wężyki do króćców chłodnicy. Do
dolnego króćca wężyk doprowadzający, a do
górnego odprowadzającego wodę chłodzącą.

6. Termometr elektroniczny umieścić w odstojniku.
7. Przy temperaturze 70 0C na termometrze znajdującym się na pokrywie pojemnika
rozpocząć chłodzenie, delikatnym strumieniem wody przepływającej przez
chłodnicę, czekając na pierwsze skropliny.
Pierwsze 100 ml to tzw. przedgony, które należy odlać ponieważ są to substancje
najbardziej lotne, które mogą popsuć smak destylatu. Po zakończeniu destylacji
należy spuścić ciecz z odstojnika. Prawidłowy czas destylacji to ok. 1godz na 1l
destylatu.
Zakres temperatur zbierania destylatu może mieścić się w granicach 78 0C –90 0C

bottling spirits, and marketing them, as well as sanctions for non-compliance with these
regulations. In the Republic of Poland, the Act of 18th October 2006 on manufacturing spirits
and their registration and protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks is in force
(Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2006, No. 208, item 1539 as amended).

Technical data
CONTAINER 18 L
Purpose: kitchen utensil for domestic use
Material: stainless steel
Heat source: electric stove, induction, ceramic, gas, spiral
Maximum filling: max. to the capacity of 14 l
The minimum permissible filling: 5 l for the purposes of distillation
DISTILLATION APPARATUS: cooler with the clarifier made of stainless steel.
THERMOMETERS
1. A thermometer for measuring the temperature of vapours inside the pot
Tolerance: +/-1o C
Analogue thermometer dedicated to distillation
This thermometer is used for approximate temperature reading, demonstratively.
2. A thermometer for measuring the temperature of vapours in the clarifier
Stainless steel probe with a length of 140 mm
Temperature range: -50o C to +300o C (-58o F to 572o F)
Tolerance: +/-1o C
Accuracy: 0.1o C
The button oC/oF - used to turn the thermometer or change temperature units to
Celsius or Fahrenheit.
ON/OFF button
HOLD button (stops measurement results on the display)
MAX / MIN button (Displays the stored maximum and minimum measurement
results)
Batteries: 1x LR44 (included)
This thermometer is used for controlling the proper distillation temperature.
INSTALLATION OF DISTILLATION KIT
(Before the first use, wash the pot thoroughly with dish washing liquid and dry. Do
not use the so-called steel wool or scouring powders)
1. Install the analogue thermometer in the container lid (in smaller opening).
Locating the gasket properly on the top and bottom of the cover, and tightening the
screw from below.

2. Attach coolers to the lid (at the centre hole), placing the seal from the bottom of the
cover by tightening the screw so that the cooler was stable.
3. Stretch Teflon tape (not included) on the thread of the clarifier, screw the ball valve
on it. After screwing make sure that it is closed.
4. Place the container on the heating station, pour
the liquid in an amount of not more than 14 l.
Place the lid to allow the outflow of distillate,
combine everything with staples.

5. Install hoses to the radiator nozzles. To the
lower nozzle, the feed tube and to the upper
discharge, cooling water.
6. Place the electronic thermometer in the clarifier.
7. At 70 0C on the thermometer located on the lid of the container, start cooling, with
gentle stream of water flowing through the radiator, waiting for the first condensate.
The first 100 ml is called heads that must be poured off because they are the most
volatile substances, which may spoil the flavour of the distillate. After completion of
the distillation, drain the liquid from the clarifier. The correct time of distillation is
approx. 1 hour per 1 litre of distillate.
Temperature range for collecting the distillate may be between 78 0C - 90 0C.
