- Prima di iniziare qualsiasi azione operativa è obbligatorio leggere il presente manuale di istruzioni.

Tenere gli attrezzi con cura:
- Conservare sempre gli attrezzi puliti.
- Riporre gli attrezzi all'interno della confezione originale.
Sistema universale che, operando sotto pressa, consente il montaggio e lo smontaggio di mozzi/cuscinetti e silentblock.
Il kit si compone di una base di appoggio e relativi accessori che permettono, con un sistema a pressa, di montare/
smontare cuscinetti all'interno della loro sede (g.1).
L'universalità dell'attrezzo sta nell'adattarsi a conformazioni geometriche irregolari dei mozzi/perni fusi sui quali l'operatore
frequentemente si trova a intervenire.
Il kit è fornito di numerosi componenti (g. 2), tra i più importanti troviamo:
- 1 piastra di appoggio (rif.1)
- 3 gruppi distanziali costituiti da una colonnetta alta e una base asolata (rif. 2,3)
- 1 colonnetta bassa (rif. 4)
- 3 viti lettate (rif. 5,6)
- 1 disco di centraggio (rif. 7)
- 4 viti di sicurezza (rif. 8)

PROCEDURA
- Posizionare i gruppi distanziali sulla piastra di appoggio e regolarne la posizione (g. 3/a).
- Avvitare le viti lettate nelle colonnette (g. 3/b) regolandole in altezza, in modo da trovare tre punti di appoggio stabili per
posizionare il mozzo dal quale estrarre/introdurre il cuscinetto.
- A questo punto bloccare la posizione dei gruppi distanziali (g. 4).
Assicurarsi che l'appoggio nei tre punti trovati sia adeguato; il mozzo dovrà trovarsi in posizione corretta (g. 5).
Il mozzo deve avere tassativamente il suo asse coincidente con la direzione della forza.
Dopo aver posizionato il mozzo 3 dadi M16 alle viti lettate.
Assicurarsi che l'attrezzo assemblato sia posizionato correttamente sulla pressa. Le viti di sicurezza, di cui è dotata la
piastra di appoggio, devono trovarsi all'esterno delle traverse o barre di supporto della pressa (g. 6).
Questa operazione garantisce la sicurezza necessaria per evitare scivolamenti o cadute accidentali della piastra.
Operare sempre con le dovute precauzioni.
Successivamente, attivare la pressa e procedere con l'estrazione (g. 7).

UNIVERSAL SUPPORTING TOOL FOR THE REMOVAL AND INSERTION OF BEARINGS
READ THIS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION MANUAL
BEFORE STARTING ANY OPERATION.
CAUTION
INTRODUCTION
- You are required to read this instruction manual before carrying out any operation.
- Both the guarantee of the proper operation of this product as well as the full compliance of its performance highly depend
on the application of all the instructions contained herein.
- We hereby ensure that this product complies with the technical specications described in this manual.
- Any misuses, other than those described herein, are not the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Use protective work gloves, safety footwear, hard hat and goggles.
Misuse:
- This product should only be used as described in this documentation; any other use is considered improper.
- The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by the incorrect or unreasonable use of
the equipment;
- Moreover, misuse shall also void the warranty.
Take care of your tools:
- Be sure to store your tools in a clean state.
- Place the tools inside their original package.
Universal system which allows the assembly and disassembly of hubs/bearings and silentblocks by operating
under a press.
The tool set is made up of a supporting base and its accessories which allow the user to mount/dismount bearings
into/from their housing (g. 1) by means of a press system.
This tool's universal feature consists in being able to adapt to the irregular geometric shapes of hubs/king pins on which the
operator must often intervene.
The tool set comes with several components (g. 2), the most important being the following:
- 1 supporting plate (ref.1)
- 3 spacer units consisting of a high column and a slotted base (ref. 2,3)
- 1 low column (ref. 4)
- 3 threaded screws (ref. 5,6)
- 1 centering disc (ref. 7)
- 4 safety screws (ref. 8)

PROCEDURE
- Place the spacer units onto the supporting plate and adjust the units' position (g. 3/a).
- Tighten the threaded screws in the columns (g. 3/b), adjusting the screws' height to nd three stable supporting
points on which to place the hub from which to remove/into which to insert the bearing.
- At this point, lock the position of the spacer units (g. 4).
Make sure that the support in the aforesaid three points is adequate; the hub should be in the correct
position (g. 5). The hub's axis must strictly match the force's direction.
After positioning the hub, you must tighten the 3 M16 nuts to the threaded screws.
Make sure the assembled tool is in the correct position on the press. The supporting plate's safety screws must be on
the outside of the press' cross members or supporting bars (g. 6).
The foregoing steps ensure the necessary safety to prevent slipping or accidental dropping of the plate.
Always work with due precaution.
Then activate the press and remove (g. 7).

Système universel qui, opérant sous presse, permet le montage et le démontage de moyeux / roulements et de
silentblocs.
Le kit se compose d’une base d’appui et des accessoires correspondants, qui permettent, avec un système à presse,
de monter / démonter des roulements à l’intérieur de leur logement (g. 1).
L'universalité de l’outil consiste à s’adapter à des conformations géométriques irrégulières des moyeux / pivots
sur lesquels l’opérateur intervient fréquemment.
Le kit se compose de nombreux composants (g. 2), dont les plus importants sont les suivants:
- 1 plaque d’appui (réf.1)
- 3 groupes entretoises constitués d’une colonne haute et d’une base à fente (réf. 2,3)
- 1 colonne basse (réf. 4)
- 3 vis letées (réf. 5,6)
- 1 disque d centrage (réf. 7)
- 4 vis de sécurité (réf. 8)

PROCEDURE
- Placer les groupes entretoises sur la plaque d’appui et en régler la position (g. 3/a).
- Visser les vis letées dans les colonnes (g. 3/b) en les réglant en hauteur, de façon à trouver trois points d’appui
stables pour positionner le moyeu sur lequel le roulement doit être enlevé / introduit.
- A ce point, bloquer la position des groupes entretoises (g. 4).
S’assurer que l’appui dans les trois points trouvés est approprié ; le moyeu doit se trouver en position
correcte (g. 5). L’axe du moyeu doit impérativement correspondre à la direction de la force.
Après avoir placé le moyeu, il est impératif de serrer les 3 écrous M16 aux vis letées.
S’assurer que l'outil est positionné correctement sur la presse. Les vis de sécurité dont la plaque d’appui est dotée
doivent se trouver à l’extérieur des traverses ou barres de support de la presse (g. 6).
Cette opération garantit la sécurité nécessaire pour éviter les glissements ou les chutes accidentelles de la
plaque. Adopter toujours les précautions requises.
Ensuite, activer la pression et procéder à l’enlèvement (g. 7).

Behandeln Sie die Werkzeuge sorgfältig:

- Legen Sie die Werkzeuge wieder ins Innere der Originalpackung.
Universalsystem, das bei der Arbeit unter der Presse den Einbau und Ausbau von Naben/Lager und Silentblocks
erlaubt.
Das Kit besteht aus einem Auagesockel und entsprechenden Zubehörteilen, die mit einem Press-System den Einbau/
Ausbau der Lager in ihrem Sitz erlauben (Abb. 1).
Die universelle Verwendbarkeit des Werkzeugs ist durch die Anpassung an die unregelmäßige geometrische
Beschaffenheit der Naben/Bolzen, an denen der Bediener häug einzugreifen hat, gegeben.
Das Kit wird mit zahlreichen Komponenten geliefert (Abb. 2), im Einzelnen:
- 1 Stützplatte (Bez.1)
- 3 Distanzgruppen, bestehend aus einem hohen Schraubbolzen und einem geschlitzten Sockel (Bez. 2,3)
- 1 niedriger Schraubbolzen (Bez. 4)
- 3 Gewindeschrauben (Bez. 5,6)
- 1 Zentrierscheibe (Bez. 7)
- 4 Sicherheitsschrauben (Bez. 8)
