Charging times
Charging times will vary according to the brand and capacity of each battery. The table below can be used
for charging time reference of common sizes/chemistries. For best results, check the LCD screen display for
charge status of batteries.
The Digital Battery Machine can only charge Ni-MH (Nickel Metal Hydride), alkaline, and lithium batteries in
the Battery charger bay. USB compatible devices can be charged via the USB port.
Do not use extension cable for connection of the device.
Store at room temperature. Extreme temperatures can damage the unit.
Clean dust from unit before using to ensure a good connection. Pay attention to the correct polarity
when inserting batteries.
Do not attempt to charge damaged, expired, leaking, corroded, or rusted batteries. Always inspect
batteries before insertion.
300 mAh batteries can never be charged over 0.5 hours.
Do not submerge in liquids.
The USB port on the Digital Battery Machine is compatible with most smart phones, tablets, and personal
electronics. Consult your device’s user manual for more information regarding compatibility. Please do not
charge more than 2 lithium batteries when using USB port charging.
CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
To clean the exterior of the unit, use a damp cloth with a mild solution or dishwasher safe detergent
with water. Dry completely.
BATTERIES
Keep batteries away from children and pets.
Do not mix used and new batteries.
Install batteries in accordance with its polarity symbols.
Remove the batteries if left for long periods.
Never dispose of batteries in a fire.
Battery disposal, spent or expired batteries must be properly disposed of and recycled in compliance
