Installation Guide
1. Carefully unwrap the enclosure components. DO NOT
CUT OPEN. Use caution as to not scratch or cross-thread
aluminum frame and screws.
2. Install the eight (8) corner connectors on the front and
back panels with the 1/4’’-20 x 3/4’’ button head screws.
Be sure to hand tighten only.
3. Install the four (4) horizontal corner posts on the rear
frame with 1/4’’-20 x 3/4’’ button head screws. Be sure to
hand tighten only.
4. Snap the four (4) corner caps to the four corners of the
rear frame. Secure the corner caps using the small Pin
Head Torx Screws with the included bit. Be sure to hand
tighten only.
5. Center the the rear frame over the TV and mark all four (4)
corners of the frame on the wall with a pencil. Be sure to
also mark the wall under the top frame for height. Using a
minimum 24’’ level (48’’ preferred level). Extend the upper
frame pencil mark in each direction. If a TV was previously
installed, you may now remove it from the wall.
CAUTION:
Do not use power tools assembling the enclosure frame to avoid
cross threading the frame.
NOTE:
Once frame is installed it is recommended that wall be painted
flat black for aesthetic purposes.

6. Hold the rear frame against the wall on the level pencil
mark and mark the upper fastener locations. Install wall
anchors in the wall at upper locations.
7. Temporarily fasten the frame to the wall at the upper
locations only.
8. After attaching the frame to the wall with the upper feet
only, check to make sure the top is level and the sides are
plumb before making the holes for the lower feet.
9. With the frame hanging level, mark the three (3) mounting
feet locations on the lower frame. Remove the frame and
install the lower frame wall anchors.
10. Loosen the feet on the lower frame so that they are able
to move easily. This is critical to loosen the feet on the
bottom so the frame is not racked sideways. Reinstall the
frame with the upper fasteners only. Slide the the lower
feet to match the wall anchors. Tighten the lower feet into
the wall anchors. Your frame should now be fastened to
the wall in six (6) locations.
11. You may now re-mount the TV to wall inside assembled
frame.
12. Slide the top, bottom, and side pieces into the frame with
the matte finish sides facing out. The usb connection on
the fan should be facing to the rear of the frame. Connect
the male usb cable into the female port of the fan unit. The
other end of the usb cable will either plug directly into the
back of the TV or into the supplied power adapter.
13. Remove the protective paper from the Lexan frame cover
and clean the inside with the supplied cleaning wipes.

• Hex Bit
• Hand Screwdriver for hex bit
• Tools to install anchor in substrate (varies)
• Pencil

• Top, bottom, and side panels
• A 5/32’’ hex allen wrench
• Corner caps with tamper resistant screws
• Side blocks with tamper resistant screws and
black silicone
• Clear silicone for sealing side panels
• Brillianize cleaning kit
The enclosure is a custom non-returnable product. Any
defects will be addressed as a repair or replace option.
Please carefully inspect all components for any shipping
damage or manufacturing defects. If your enclosure has
cooling fans, they are powered by a USB. If your TV has a
spare USB port, it should power the TV and turn off and on
with it, otherwise a USB power supply has been included.
14. Using two people, align and slide the sides, top, and
bottom panels into the front panel channels until panel is
pushed completely in.
15. Insert the remaining four (4) 1/4’’–20 x 3/4’’ button head
screws (approximately 2 turns to allow for adjustment).
Once the frame is square and properly aligned, tighten
down the four corner screws to lock the unit snugly
together.
16. Snap in the remaining four (4) corner caps and install the
four (4) small pin head torx screws in the front four (4)
corners. The corners of the front panel have been sealed
prior to shipment. Use the supplied clear silicone to seal
the corners on the top, side and bottom panels.
17. Take the two (2) supplied side blocks and screw them into
the sloped top where the frame meets using the supplied
pin head torx screws. Fill any gaps with the supplied black
silicone. The enclosure is now ready for use. side

CAUTION:
Aluminum is a very soft material and is prone to
damage when using power tools. Please use only hand
tools when assembling the TV Enclosure to prevent any
unnecessary damage.
