The following are the installation instructions for the Condensate Drain Box:
1. Four 3/16" holes must be drilled in the sleeve side for the drain mounting
screws. (Refer to Figure 1.)
2. A 1/2" hole must be drilled in the sleeve side for the overflow tube. (Refer to
Figure 1.)
3. Connect the drain line to the Wall Drain before mounting.
4. Place the drain box against the sleeve so the mounting holes line up.
5. Install the four mounting screws from the inside of the sleeve out.
6. Seal the inside of the sleeve where the overflow tube sticks through. (Refer
to Figure 2.)
7. Remove the pipe plug from the rear drain of the Q/TEC drain.
8. Install the plug in the side Q/TEC drain.
9. Install the water trap in the rear Q/TEC drain. (Refer to Figure 3.)
10. Follow unit instructions for installation of the unit into the sleeve.
