Service Manual Annex:
The lock key does not lock the drawers

Introduction
In some units, after a while of use, you can open the drawers even if the trolley is
locked. This is due to the internal lock bar got blocked. To unblock the locking bar
and to avoid future blockages, follow the next instructions:
Tooling
Disassemble the two top drawers

To disassemble the second drawer
it is necessary to move the
switches of the first drawer guide
Disassemble the top cover screws
Remove the top cover
Unscrew the left top side over

Disassemble the left top side
covers
Unscrew the locking system cover
Rotate 180º the locking system
cover
Unblock the locking bar

Assemble the drawers and the top
