Loading Packs
Filling The Dispenser
If you have been supplied with a ‘bag in box’ carton for your dispenser, follow
the instructions below.
Please note that the “Raised Cooling Shelf” is required when dispensing
Smoothies. This part is available through our sales department. See “Spares
Parts Ordering” within this User Guide.
Release the door catch on the machine and remove the used pack.
Clean the interior of the machine if necessary (see Cleaning
Routine).
Open the pack as instructed on the carton. Now place the full pack into
the cabinet with the dispense tube facing downwards at the front of the
machine.
Feed the dispense tube down through the dispense valve whilst
pushing the operating lever (Fig 4a).
When the tubing is fully through the dispense valve, release the
operating lever.
Close the door and door-catch. You can now cut the sealed end of the
dispense tube (Fig 4b).
If you are using the optional basket for bag only products, then follow the
appropriate instructions below.
Open the wire basket provided and place a full bag within. On some
models basket hooks are provided to secure the bag (Fig 5). Ensure
that the plastic nozzle with the attached tube is located in the
corresponding basket slot (Fig 6), then close the basket.
Replace the filled product basket into the dispenser in an upright
position. For the product to be dispensed properly you must ensure
that the tube is free and hanging vertically.
Feed the dispense tube down through the dispense valve as per the
‘bag in box’ carton instructions above (Fig 4a).

Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning Routine:
Wash the drip tray daily, or when full.
Clean the interior of the machine whenever a used pack is replaced.
The dispense valve assembly can be completely immersed in warm soapy
water for cleaning whenever convenient.
The top and bottom hinges should be regularly cleaned using warm soapy
water applied with an appropriate cleaning brush.
The door seal is a sealed section and as such requires no cleaning. However
the area behind the seal should be cleaned regularly with warm soapy water,
and thoroughly dried. Drainage holes are provided to facilitate this.
The exterior of the machine may be wiped with a damp cloth and buff dried.
To set the desired temperature (Fig 7):
Press the button (the current set temperature is now displayed).
Then press the or button to modify the displayed value.
Finally press the button to store the value and exit the adjustment. If no
more buttons are pressed within 10 seconds then the display will once more
show the current internal temperature of the unit.
