Check the equipment and verify spare part
㈠Check the equipment whether there is exsit damage phenomenon

1 Check the equipment bags whether are in good condition
②Check the equipment whether there exsit off paint phenomenon
③Check the equipment the exterior whether have the phenomenon of variant
Have one spare part box (enclosed list) (We will solve the problem for you promptly, if find the
equipment have the above problems or lack of spare part, otherwise don’t warrant repair it. )
Assemble equipments
When install please handled with care to avoid machine exterior scratch and influence machine
beautiful.

Note：1.On the nip roller must keep clean, no dust, heavy article, water etc.
2.Try to put gold and not print medium keep on the middle of components.
3. Internal control circuit of a high voltage inside, and approved by the authorized to
non-professional personnel please don't secretly disassemble and maintenance.

4. Under the print head have enough press power to harm your body, please don't put
your hand under the print head.
5. Dust cover is to prevent dust, sundry etc fell to the print head and plastic roller, try
not to tear down it.
6. The print head is precision electronic components, please don't use hand directly
contact with the print head the surface, not use hard tool collision the print head, the print head
surface will not have water droplets.
Ready to print
（一）Before print the matters needing attention
1. Indoor humidity should be about in 55%, temperature in 15 ℃-25 ℃, when necessary,
please use the diffuser and install the air conditioning. (The low and high of the indoor
temperature will affect print effects severely).
2. Before open the machine : (1) Must be connect with ground wire effectively, each root
ground wire must be individually grounding and shouldn't connect with other machines; (2)
The work of the input voltage for 220 V, voltage is too high or too low can cause equipment
didn't work properly and it must use the ac 220 V, 2 KW power regulator.(3) Check the print
head and aluminum heat sink without water surface carefully and after rubber roller is dry then
open machine.
3.Machines placed in dry ventilated place and make sure the machine work environment
clean sanitation, no dust; when long-term don't use it, please to the machine to dustproof,
moisture-proof measures, don't place liquid on the case.
（二）Install and use of the software
This device equipped with artcut 2010 authorised version software, apply for the artcut
version: update the date is April 12, 2011.
1. Install the software
Working“SETUP.EXE”document, click on 'next', choose the installation directory and click'
confirm'.
2. Set software and use
①Set print page (in A4 for example)

"Width" is for the print length, "High" is for the print width, set "256 mm" and choice
"horizontal".
②Choose "create new file".
③Click or click the right mouse button "text input" input to your content, for example
You can according to need through the following tool bar set font properties
④The detailed set please refer to the artcut software's instructions
⑤Choose or through the "file" toolbar, choose "ribbon printing"

Heating power: General according to the environment temperature and print material to adjust
it.
Temperature control: Keep acquiesce. It is better not more than 2%.
Walking speed: The numeric is smaller and the speed of the print is faster, but the printing
speed too fast will appear data loss phenomenon, generally not less than "15".
Number of replications: Set the same content of the layout of printed times and not be less
than 1.
Hollow out print: Keep acquiesce. (330 type machine temporary don't support this function)
Document name: Please name file name of your set layout.
Instructions:Heating power of the numerical value of ribbon to printing media and the
bonding strength, the better the more uniform printing effect. But numeric too large will cause
burning broken ribbon and print media, especially will blow out the print head.

Note: 1. When install cloth or gold foil, the cloth axis and the gold foil the flat a head of

Remainder meters: Display the remainder distance can be printed out. (V3.22 versions
are not support)
Card number: Equipment motherboard number
Machine type: Equipment type number
Compile date: Mainbord compile date
SD card: Show ’’NO’’ means not inset SD card; Show ’’Yes’’ means inset SD card
U disk：Show ’’NO’’ means not inset SD card; Show ’’Yes’’ means inset SD card
Ink ribbon: Temporary don't support V3.22 version
Numbers of print head: Display equipment to connect the numbers of the print head (330A
equipment support one print head)
IP address: Equipment network IP address
Network card type: Equipment Network card type number
Machine date: Show the current date
Machine time: Show the current time
Print head: Show the print head type

Save carbon and delay: Adjust saving carbon with distance
Set parameters
Language: At present support simplified Chinese character, traditional Chinese character,
English interface. According "V -" adjustment.
Print correct: Generally as the default, such as print a 500mmX500mm color piece, print the
actual size for 500mmX600mm, they can adjust the print correct numerical, if
actual length is longer than goal length, increase the target print words
correcting numerical, contrary to print decrease the value.
Empty walk correct: The distance between of two texts or the graphic. Generally default to
zero, adjust method is the same as "print correcting".
Each pulse: Adjust the paper pulse of step motor, generally to default 46.
Print head width: Set the print head width, 330 A select 256.
Preheating temperature: Set the print head preheating temperature. In general under the
10 ℃in the environment to use the machine. Please use it carefully, use
undeserved will cause printing effect is poor or damage the print head. In
general default zero.
Preheating strength: Set temperature of heating rate In general under the 10 ℃in the
environment to use the machine. Please use it carefully, use undeserved
will cause printing effect is poor or damage the print head. In general
default ten.
Contrast degree: Adjust LCD screen brightness, generally for default 40.
Fell head delay: Adjust the print head ups and downs of the delay time for general default
zero, but set it to one.
Into paper pulse: Adjust the forty two step motor into paper pulse, generally for default 0,
but set it to more than 4000, otherwise, it will cause the print head fall on
rubber roller to reduce the service life of the machine.
Paper length: Keep the default is zero. Make sure don't to adjust this argument, or you will
cause printing poor effect or damage the print head.
Switch to upgrade mode: Click on the "confirmation" can switch to the mainboard upgrade
mode.
Print the test design: This state click "confirm".

Recovery factory set: Press the "confirmation" button, it will be set back to the factory main
board set.
Format：Use for format SD card or U disk.
Press test key under the file properties equipment will be automatically output shown
below, the contents help you determine proper print parameters. Can switch over the storage
devices.
Press at the machine working process，the machine will finish printing text or
graphics, press this button again machine will continue to work. Press return key in the
state of break ,print task will be cancelled.
Can delete the document in storage device, press this button in working process with
emergency will cancel print task. After press ，Machine continue to work.
Returns superior menu.
Set parameters.
Select menu.
Confirm menu selection and document printing, etc.
(四) Output typing
⑴commissioning
①Install the ribbon and cloth in the center of equipment.
②Press print head switch and reverse switch to prevent from draping.
③Press the "test" button to see printing effect, if the result is not satisfied, please
adjust motherboard parameters and the print head position.
⑵Print mode option choose
