This product offers the possibility to process personal identifiable information such as system user name,

Introduction
General Information
The STbench provides maximum tool evaluation flexibility. Click wrenches, power tools, peak tools as well
as pulse tools can be evaluated according to the following test protocols:
■Cm/Cmk ISO
■SPC
■ISO 5393
■ISO 6789:2003
■ISO 6789-2:2017
■CAM/Cpk CNOMO
■VDI/VDE 2645-2
■JJF 1610:2017
On the top plate of the STbench there are hydraulic brakes and/or static torque transducers.
The hydraulic brakes simulate the behavior of a real joint, reproducing the stiffness from hard to soft.
The static torque transducer is equipped by the new patented system to hold the Mechanical Test Joint.
The static torque transducer has a special bearing on the shaft to absorb and eliminate the axial force dur-
ing the test: this is to have the best possible accuracy during the test.
The STbench can operate on the assembly line simulating real joints characteristics with high precision: in
this way test conditions are very similar to the real scenarios where tools usually work.
The user-friendly software and the touch screen allow immediate and simple operations.
STbench is powered by batteries: then, it can be used directly on the assembly line.
Pulse tools can be tested only on static cells, brakes are not suitable for that tool type.

The System Overview manual gives the user a broad knowledge of the device. This manual is not in-
tended to replace the training and expertise of the end-user.
Before beginning the installation or configuration process make sure to inspect all components and acces-
sories. Contact Atlas Copco Customer Center if there are any missing or damaged items.
