Intended Use
This product is designed as a dual-functionality adapter/charger with
in-line remote feature. It allows you to connect devices that use a
3.5-mm audio plug to iOS devices with Lightning®socket, and at the
same time lets you charge your device.
This product is intended for private indoor use only. Do not use it
outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoided
under all circumstances.

Connecting the adapter to iOS device
• Connect the Lightning connector to the Lightning socket of iOS
device.
• Note: After connecting for the first time, user is prompted to install
DigiPlay, a third party Audio Player.
Firmware Update
• Manual Update
• Open the DigiPlay app and tap on the icon (Settings).
• When updated firmware is released and made available to users, a
pop up message will prompt you to update it. Tap on “OK”.
• Note: Keep the firmware always up to date, the adapter may
otherwise not work as it should. Make sure the adapter is plugged
in while updating.
Connecting the earphones/headset to the adapter
• Insert the 3.5-mm plug of the earphones/headset into the 3.5-mm
socket of the adapter.
Controlling the iOS device with the adapter
• Use the controls on the adapter to operate your device.

Charging iOS device via the adapter
• Connect the Lightning connector of a power source (powerbank,
power cable etc...) to the Lightning socket of the adapter. The
charging process starts automatically.
Volume Increase/Decrease keys: Functions
• The volume on your iOS device can be adjusted using the Volume
Increase/Decrease keys
• Both keys can also be used (interchangeably) to shoot photos from
inside the camera app.

Cleaning and Maintenance
• The product is maintenance-free apart from occasional cleaning.
• Do not immerse the product in water, nor let it come in contact
with it.
• Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the connected
devices.
• Wipe using a clean, dry, lint-free cloth.
