Installation to different window types
To prevent hot air from outside entering the room, we provided two ways to cover/seal the opening of
your window as much as possible. Please identify if you have a sliding window (A) or a hinging
window (B).
Velcro
A. Installing the Exhaust Hose
outlet to a sliding window
B. Installing the Exhaust Hose
outlet to a hinging window
1. Cut and stick the velcro strip along your window
frame. Depending on your window frame you can stick
them either on the outer (figure 1) or inner part (figure 2)
of your window frame. If possible we advise the second
option as it allows you to close your window more easily
after use.
2. Stick the Window Seals to the applied velcro strips to
cover the opening of your window and connect the velcro
ends of the Window Seals to one another.
3. Open one of the three zippers (to your choosing) that
will let the Exhaust Hose out.
4. Stick the Exhaust Hose Outlet through the zipper
opening.
5. Close the zipper tightly to
close off as much outside air
from coming in.
1. To match the opening of your sliding
window use the Window Cover Extension(s)
by sliding them into the Window Cover Base
Plate.
2. Use at least one Window Cover plug on
each side to fix the Window Cover.
3. Place the Window Cover into the opening.
4. Insert the Exhaust Hose Outlet to the
Window Cover.
5. Slide the window closed so that the
Window Cover is securely fixed.
Warning: Please make sure everything is fixed
properly to prevent
anything from falling out
of the window.

Using the Drain Outlet(s)
Mode Way of draining water
Cooling mode
In cooling mode there is no need to drain. The water will be evaporated
(unless the indoor temperature reaches above 56 °C). In any case the “FULL”
light indication will light up when the water tank needs to be drained.
Heating mode
In heating mode the “FULL” light indication will light up when the water tank
needs to be drained. Please follow the steps as described above in the
“Draining water using the Bottom Drain Outlet” part.

Dehumidification
Mode
Dehumidification mode requires continuous drainage. Please follow the
steps as described above in the “Draining water using the Upper Drain
Outlet” part.
Draining water using the Bottom Drain Outlet
When the Air Conditioner indicates that the water tank is
full (Water Tank Full Indicator light):
1. Some caution:
- Make sure that the Air Conditioner is placed where
some water spillage is acceptable (outside for instance).
- Make sure that the power plug is safely out of reach of
any water spillage
- Have a towel in reach to minimize any water spillage
- Optionally lift up (two persons required) and/or safely
place the Air Conditioner higher than where the water will
drain to (for instance, on a stool with a bucket below it)
2. Pull out the sealing plug
3. Insert the Drain hose into the Drain Outlet
4. Insert the other end of the Drain Hose into a bucket
