The mixer is designed to be small and exquisite, and of a durable quality. This appliance can make
things very easy and fast no matter what ingredients you want to combine.
The appliance is very easy to clean. It can provide your daily life with a lot of comfort and
convenience.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING.
DANGER – As with most electrical appliances, electrical parts are electrically live even when it is

4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in
order to avoid an electric shock.
5. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or hot surface.
6. Do not immerse cord or the body of mixer into water as this would cause an electric shock.
7. Do not touch hot surface. Use handles or knobs only.
8. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or inrm
persons.
9. Do not place an appliance on or near hot gas or in a heated oven.
10. Ensure ngers are kept away from moving beaters and dough hooks.
11. Switch o the appliance before changing accessories or approaching moving parts.
12. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
13. Do not use outdoors.

BEFORE USING THE FIRST TIME
Before using the hand mixer, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the
speed selector is in the„0“ position.

1. Select the desired attachments, which depend on the mixing task to be performed: beaters for
whisking, mixing and beating, dough hooks for kneading.
2. Insert the beaters/dough hooks:
a) Beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the beaters are identical.
b) For dough hooks, the one with washer can only be inserted into the big socket and the other
one can only be inserted into the small socket. The two dough hooks can not be inserted
reversely as they do not t.
HOW TO USE
The mixer is used for mixing the food. Please, use it as follows:
1. Ensure that either beaters or dough hooks are fully inserted into the correct sockets or your
mixing results may be aected.
2. Set the speed selector in the„0“ position and plug the cord into power outlet.
3. Turn the speed selector to your desired speed and begin mixing. The mixing speed will be
increased when turbo button is depressed. Always start mixing at slow speeds and increase
the speed gradually to prevent ingredients splashing out of the mixing bowl.
4. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 5 minutes. When mixing is complete, turn
the speed selector to„0“ position and unplug the cord from power outlet.
5. Scrape the excess food particles from the beaters or dough hooks with rubber or wooden
spatula.
6. To remove the beaters/dough hooks, place ngers loosely around the spindles and press
down the Eject button rmly.

GB cleaning
1. Unplug the appliance and wait while it cools down completely before cleaning.
2. Wipe over the outside surface of the body with a damp cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
3. Wipe any food particles from the power cord.
4. Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and wipe dry.The beaters and dough
hooks may be washed in the dishwasher.
storage
1. Always unplug after use.
2. Do not wind the mains cord around the appliance.
3. Allow the appliance to cool for 5 minutes before storing it.
