Preparation
Compensation for recorded content
ACME will not be responsible in any case for any consequential or direct problems that will
lead to a loss of recorded or edited data. Furthermore ACME will not guarantee the content in
case the recording or saving is not working properly. The above limitations are as well valid in
case the unit has been repaired.
Do not remove the micro SD Card while recording or saving. Do not switch off or take out the
battery before the recording has been stopped or as long there is access to the memory,
indicated by a rotating circle.
Protect the unit from extreme temperatures. Stop recording at temperatures less than 0°C and
higher than 60°C. Remove the camera from the windshield/suction cup in case
extreme temperatures might be possible!
It is known that forged accumulators which remarkably look like the original product are
offered for the sale again and again.
Some of these rechargeable batteries are not equipped with a proper protection circuit which would
satisfy the regulations of the prevailing safety regulations. These accumulators can perhaps lead to
fi res or explosions. We assume no liability for accidents, damages or failures which result from the
use of a forged accumulator.
Battery charging
The integrated battery is not fully charged when being purchased.
Please charge the battery before you are going to use the camera the fi rst time!
Connect the camera to your
computer using the included USB cable
to charge. The charging
process is indicated by the LED
and is fi nished after about 2 hours.
Use the original USB-Cable or the
optional available power adaptor
only to charge the camera.
Using the adaptor the camera is charged
within one hour.
Exchange the batteryAkkufach Deckel
Battery lock
Battery cover
Slide the lock to the top position and remove the
cover. The battery is wire connected and can be
removed by careful pulling. Insert the new battery
the same way - take care of the polarization. Only
use original battery to prevent damage of the unit.

Permanent recording inside a car
First clean the window carefully from inside to avoid dirt and crudity on the windshield. Now pull
off the protective fi lm from the suction cup and moisten the slightly rubberized surface. Press
the suction cup on the windshield and pull the lever down. Make sure that there are not too large
temperature differences between the external environment, the internal temperature of the car
and the wheel, since the suction cup cannot be mounted otherwise.
Now insert the micro SD card. Push together the fi xation brackets of the suction cup
and put on the camera following the notches.
Adjust the camera by moving the suction cup arm. Then plug in the car cable.
By starting the engine, the camera launches automatically and the integrated LED fl ashes green.
After stopping the engine, rotating bars appear and the recording will be fi nished.
The CarCamOne records in 15 Minutes blocks. If the remaining memory for the next recording
is not suffi cient, the fi rst recording will be deleted automatically. This causes a minimal gap of 3
seconds between the videos.
Make sure that the camera does not reduce your reactivity in dangerous situations!
Don’t let the device distract you! Don’t use the camera while driving!
The automatic recording starts at a running engine only.
An operation through a power supply or the ignition position is not possible.
If your car has a power saving function (automatic Start- Stop), it is necessary to close the
jumper (bridge) inside the car adaptor.
Twist off the plugs lock nut, remove the metal ring and pull off the sticker. The half casings can
be opened now.
Set the Jumper
To close the jumper, open the adaptor fi rst. On the PCB you will fi nd the
jumper covering one pin only - the default setting to detect the generator.
Remove the Jumper and easily put it on both pins to activate the
start of the camera by „ignition” once served with power.
Splash water protection - motorbike
Protect your camera steadily from rain and splash water with
the available DiveBox
(Art.No: FCHD31).
The box uses the same fi xture as the cam and is made
of high- quality acryl. It´s possible to adjust the cameras
head before inserting. For usage in combination with the
CarcamOne-cable the marked area has to be reamed.
Attention: the box is not fully waterproof then
anymore!
